Rogers Townsend Open Enrollment 2015

Our open enrollment period for the Rogers Townsend benefit plans will start on May 13, 2015. Meetings for all of our locations will run from May 13, 2015 through May 19, 2015. Employees can sign up below for the meeting of their choice. The Empowhr online enrollment system will open for enrollment on May 16 and close on June 2. You can click on the user’s guide for the Empowhr online enrollment system if you are not familiar with this tool. All employees will have to go online and re-enroll. Rogers Townsend will reward employees with higher benefit contributions and for those who do not smoke and will offer a smoking cessation course for those who would like help with quitting. We have a new dental carrier for our dental plan but all of our other benefit options remain the same.  If you have any questions about enrollment, meetings, on line tools, or other benefit issues please contact one of the Clarke & Company Benefit representatives listed below.   • EmpowHR Online Enrollment

EmpowHR is a web delivered application that provides the functionality to enroll and manage your benefits throughout your benefit’s plan year. EmpowHR is very easy and intuitive to use. The different functionalities that you as an employee can utilize include:

  • Logging in to EmpowHR
  • Enrolling in Benefits
  • Viewing your Current Benefits
  • Submitting Change of Family Status Events
  • Changing your Password
  • Modify Information
  • Modify Dependents
  • Modify Beneficiaries

Logging In To EmpowHR

Click on EmpowHR to log in. Your EmpowHR username will be the first letter of your first name, then your last name, then the last four of your social security number. For example, John Doe’s username will be jdoe1234. Your EmpowHR password will default to your social security number. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to change your password prior to enrollment. EmpowHR will open for enrollment on May 17 at 7:00 am and close on June 2 at 11 pm.

  • BlueChoice HealthPlan Prescription Drug List

Our prescription drug copay and mail order benefit is the only change to our health plan for the 2013/2014 plan year. We have provided for you the 2014 Member Prescription Drug List (this is not the full drug list) and a like to the full prescription drug list by tier. If you have any questions on this contact your Clarke & Company Benefit representative.

  • Healthy Rewards

We will continue with BlueChoice Healthy Rewards. If you are on the BlueChoice HealthPlan you gain deductible credit with Healthy Rewards from BlueChoice HealthPlan. You and your covered spouse may complete up to two healthy activities a piece to reward credit towards your individual deductible. The savings is up to 20% per participant.* For example, if you complete two activities and your spouse completes one activity then you would receive a 20% credit and your spouse would receive a 10% percent. These healthy activities should be completed as early in the year as possible to maximize the savings benefit. Maximum credit on the Low Plan is $300 per participant, High Plan is $500 per participant and the HDHP is $540 per participant. Below are activities that qualify for credit *(can be a maximum of 2 per family, employee and spouse only, children not included)

The Personal Health Assessment (PHA) is found in My Health Toolkit on the BlueChoice website (see the wellness brochure). The PHA takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. You do not have to be enrolled in the health insurance plan to take the PHA. RT will not have access to your individual data. The PHA is designed to identify and enroll employees and/or dependents in the BlueChoice health management programs (employees can opt out) and give RT an assessment of our overall group risk factors.

As an employee of Rogers Townsend take charge of your health and start using the My Health Toolkit from BlueChoice. Watch a short video on how you can check your Explanation of Benefits, take a Personal Health Assessment, check claim status, find a doctor, see what has been applied to your deductible and much more.
