Benefits Enrollment Guide

Our Benefits Enrollment Guide includes a brief description of each benefit offered by a client along with waiting periods and contribution amounts. Guides are tailored to each client and can be further customized with client logo and business colors. The Benefits Enrollment Guide can be used as a hiring tool, during open enrollment, and for new hire communication. We will also include your annual leave policy or any other non insurance related information you may want to incorporate.

Client Internet Benefit Portals

The Benefits Portal is currently under development. Once active, employees will be able to view their group benefits package online, while listening to their plans being described – it will be like having your very own private enrollment meeting! Through a password protected site, employees will have access to view the benefits and deductions they currently have. The portal will expanded to include online enrollment capabilities as soon as the carriers agree to accept the EDI.

Benefit Statements

Clarke & Company Benefits believes in partnering with our clients to show employees the full value of their benefits package. One way to illustrate that value is with our customized Benefits Statement. This statement is specific to each individual employee, and reflects the employer’s commitment and compensation beyond the employee’s paycheck to show the total worth of their benefit package to them.

Cobra Compliance

By partnering with OnQue Technologies, Clarke & Company Benefits helps our clients remain COBRA Compliant. For a nominal fee, we offer populated software to help you administer the COBRA process. This software is designed to prevent you from making a costly mistake and save time administering COBRA coverage. Our clients no longer are responsible for tracking changing laws associated with COBRA continuation as the software will be updated on a regular basis.
