Describe the steps you anticipate will be needed to ensure a smooth transition if you are selected as the new Broker.
We would conduct our normal onboarding process with the client. This would include on-site meetings to learn processes and current systems. We would need an agreement in place to access data to start the process of running it through our data tool, DMW.
What platforms does your system integrate with?
Assuming you are talking about a benefit-administration platform, our system integrates with all the major carriers and all of the major payroll platforms. DMW links with Blue Cross of SC, Cigna, United, and Aetna, and any TPA can furnish data.
