Free Outdoor Summer Movie Series at the Riverfront Park starting at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 19th. There will be face painting, games and more prior to the start of the film at 7:00. Tonight’s movie will be How to Train Your Dragon 2. Free Admission
For the Musical Dad
Bluegrass & Acoustic Open Stage and Jam will be showing the crowd what bluegrass is all about. The event starts at 6 pm and continues until midnight at Bill’s Music Shop & Pickin’ Parlor. The doors open at 6 pm, open stage performances start at 7:30 pm and the jammin’ goes from 9:30 until midnight. $5 donation per person

From Marilyn to Mao: Andy Warhol’s Famous Faces will be open at the Columbia Museum of Art from 11-5 on Friday, 10-5 on Saturday and noon-5 on Sunday. Andy Warhol is a major figure in the pop art movement and one of the best known 20th century artists. Explore his work with your dad!
For the Sports Dad
Weekend With the Pros will be celebrating its’ 10th annual weekend on Lake Murray with the pros hosted by South Carolina Rough Riders. The event will take place at Paradise Cove on Lake Murray on Friday and Saturday from 9 am until 6 pm. World Champion wakeboarders and professional stunt performers will show off their skills and you can event take wakeboarding lessons! Free Admission
