River Rocks Music Festival

This Saturday April 11th, Congaree Riverkeeper presents the River Rocks Music Festival at the Riverfront Park in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a family friendly event and kids are encouraged to come. There will be many activities and demonstrations, great music, food and drinks. There will also be a kids arena with a bounce house, rock climbing wall and balloon art. Local outfits will be there so you can paddle on the Columbia Canal by canoeing, kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Well behaved dogs are welcome and cooler with glass bottles are prohibited. Cost of admission is $15 cash or check at the door and kids 12 and under are free. The gates will open at noon and music performances will begin shortly after. Here is the schedule of performances:
1:00- 1:45 She Returns From War
2:15- 3:00 The Mustache Brothers
3:30- 4:30 The Mantras
5:00- 6:00 The Heavy Pets
6:30- 8:00 Blitzen Trapper
